Philly Rose Makes History!
Sinead DeRoiste, crowned the 2004
Philadelphia Rose of Tralee, was the first
African-American Rose in the history of the
Rose of Tralee Festival. Sinead's father
hails from County Tipperary, Ireland and
her mother is from Harrisburg.
